Guests are required to pay 50% of full accommodation costs up front in order to secure the reservation.
A damages deposit ranging from R500.00 per apartment to R1000.00 per apartment is required to be paid in cash upon arrival and prior to handing over of keys.
This is refundable AFTER guests have departed, allowing us to ensure that the apartment has been left in a clean and neat condition, with no damages.
Check in times are flexible, however guests will not be greeted after 8 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled:
0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit;
7-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit;
14-21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit;
21+ days prior to arrival, forfeit 30% of deposit.
Early departures due to no fault of Bluff Tradewinds - no refund.
